As much as we love innovation (after all we are into E-Learning), we love change management principles even more – which primarily involve dealing with humans – and the above quote of the great master Pablo Picasso, who understood innovation and human emotions so well, has always inspired us.  Our team members have managed learning & development projects of different sizes and complexities across many industries in several countries but found one common factor everywhere that largely determined the success or failure i.e. strategy and planning.
